Harmony Yoga Pilates Studio is a personalized and diverse studio in Calgary, Alberta. We offer a variety of Yoga and Pilates classes for all levels of students, along with RYT200 and RYT300 Yoga Teacher Training Programs. With retreats, workshops and Yoga Therapeutic Modalities and Applications of Yoga, we are more than a drop-in studio.

Pilates mat classes include focused work on the core, strength and flexibility. Props, such as Pilates balls, weighted balls, noodles, bands and fitness circles are used to increase the intensity of the mat exercises.

FREE AUM Chanting and Mantra Yoga classes are offered at the studio. Mantras are sacred Sanskrit words, phrases or sounds that are chanted in a group setting. Class ends with a short meditation and mudra.
